Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Diseases AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. Our contact form does not send data to our servers. When you press “Send message”, it opens your own email app with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you send that email. If you do, we receive what you wrote and the details of your email: typically your name, email address, organization (if provided), the topic you chose and your message.
Technical data. Like most websites, the servers that host this site may automatically log standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
Third-party resources. To display this site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a styling library from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Your browser contacts those providers directly, so they can see your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.
At the time of writing, this site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
2. Please do not send health information
This website is not a place to share patient information. Please do not include medical records, diagnoses or other personal health information in messages to us. If you need to discuss a clinical matter, contact your own healthcare provider.
3. How we use information
- To read and respond to your enquiry, and to route it to the right person (for example collaborations, clinical partnerships, careers or press).
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations and to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email (such as hosting and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; with authorities or advisers when the law requires or to protect our rights; and with a successor organization if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or similar transaction.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sending by email.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.
