Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Diseases AI website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Diseases AI, our research approach and our programs. It is provided for informational purposes only.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional about a medical condition. Please do not send us patient or other personal health information.

3. Research programs and forward-looking statements

Descriptions of our research programs, platform and development stages are general in nature and may change without notice. Programs described on the Site are investigational and have not been approved by any regulatory authority for clinical use. Nothing on the Site is a claim or guarantee of safety, efficacy or future results, and statements about our plans or expectations are forward-looking and subject to scientific, clinical and regulatory uncertainty.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Diseases AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Site;
  • scrape or harvest the Site at a scale that burdens it, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Messages you send us

Please do not send confidential, proprietary or personal health information through the Site or by email before we have agreed in writing to receive it. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we have no obligation of confidentiality for unsolicited information. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party resources and links

The Site loads resources from third parties (such as fonts and styling libraries) and may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diseases AI and its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diseases AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
